Massimo Giaconia, who is a Of Counsel to EY TAX & LAW ITALY, has a significant knowledge of financial industry including leasing, pharmaceutical industry, information technology, oil and gas, industrial and consumer products, because of several engagements from clients in Italy, Europe and the US. He is involved in several Transfer Pricing Projects. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, he was Head of Tax at Baker & McKenzie and before Tax Partner of Ernst & Young. In 1999, he was also in charge of the Italian Tax Desk of Ernst & Young in New York City.

He is often lecturer in conferences and seminars on taxation organized by Business Schools, specialized entities and Industrial Associations.
