About

The firm

EY has a strong full-fledged legal practice in Ukraine, well-versed in both local and international matters and practicalities.

EY offers companies a different approach by delivering legal services in a way that helps minimize the gap between business advisors and legal counsel. Our lawyers work in an integrated manner with professionals from other parts of EY’s business, including Tax, Transactions, Advisory and Assurance to deliver the informed and professional services that business needs.

Even when a client only retains EY’s lawyers they will still bring the benefits of the multidisciplinary, industry specialization and business oriented mindset.

Unlike traditional mono law firms, EY benefits from the global organization with presence in over 150 countries, not a mere alliance of various firms, in order to deliver consistent and pertinent counsel clients can trust. EY Law now unites more than 2,100 law practitioners in more than 80 countries of the world and is continuing to grow at a rapid rate.

With EY, clients can operate with confidence across jurisdictions, leveraging multi-service, fully-integrated consultant teams to make the most of today’s new business opportunities.

The track record of EY Ukraine’s legal practice includes some truly unique and unprecedented projects, such as work on production sharing agreements between Ukraine and multinational oil & gas companies, first implementing innovative products and solutions in Ukraine and support for major national reforms in Ukraine, including legislation drafting and their practical implementation.
