In 2022, Simon was appointed as EY Global Energy Law Co-Leader.
He advises international clients on the acquisition, development, financing and disposal of interests in energy projects around the world. He has experience across the energy value chain, from wind and solar through green and blue hydrogen to oil, gas and LNG.
In recent years a primary focus has been renewable energy transactions, in particular wind and solar PV.
Simon has become known for his leadership on matters involving hydrogen and decarbonisation technologies.
