Michelle is Global Head of Sustainability for EY Law and a Sustainability Leader in the wider business. She was until last year the International Head of Clean Energy & Sustainability and Global Co Head of ESG at Eversheds Sutherland. At EY, Michelle leads for Law globally on sustainability, eco diversity and ESG. Michelle is a UK and US qualified lawyer and a Fulbright Scholar and has won numerous awards for her contributions to clean energy and sustainability. She also sits on a number of advisory boards.

Her clients include corporates and financial institutions delivering and funding decarbonisation and wider ESG solutions as well as corporates and financial institutions securing decarbonisation and wider ESG solutions. Michelle and her global team advise on all aspects of sustainability and ESG including ESG due diligence, energy transition projects, M&A, governance, regulatory compliance, green finance, ESG contractual frameworks, fundraising and investing in green, tech sustainability, sustainable food, forestry and agriculture solutions and carbon markets, frameworks and trading.
