Iryna is a Senior Associate at EY Ukraine’s legal practice. She joined EY in 2010 and is based in the Kyiv office. She has over 10 years of professional experience

Achievements

Iryna has taken part in corporate structuring of several largest Ukrainian business groups and advised extensively on tax and legal issues related to investments in Ukraine and establishment of local and international business structures. Iryna’s portfolio also includes comprehensive tax and legal support related to restructuring of major Ukrainian group of companies in the agricultural sector involving three foreign jurisdictions.

Iryna has managed several projects on tax and legal structuring of corporate stock option plans, employment structuring options, secondment arrangements, EU and Ukrainian data privacy regulations.

Iryna has provided tax and legal advice on structuring and participated in contract drafting for two production sharing agreement projects (PSA) between the state of Ukraine and two world’s largest oil and gas companies. Iryna also provided further ongoing tax and legal advice to the PSA investors on various tax and legal matters.

Speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Iryna received her Specialist of Law degree from National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy"
