Legal Manager

Blendi is the Manager of the Legal Department at PwC Kosovo, bringing extensive experience in the legal field. Blendi has previous experience working as a legal advisor before joining PwC. 

He has been involved in legal consulting engagements and has assisted in legal advice on supporting clients in a variety of tasks including acquisitions, procedures of establishing new companies, due diligence, legal drafting, data protection, immigration law etc. He has more than 5  years of experience on legal advisory and offering legal services to different clients and companies. Before joining PwC Albania and Kosovo, he worked as a legal advisor where he has been part of different major projects with International Finance Corporation (IFC) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where he represented these two institutions in procedures related to loan  agreements with local companies in Kosovo. He was also part of different projects with international investors where he gave his impact on licensing and permit procedures in Kosovo.

As a member of the legal team at PwC, Blendi has gained extensive experience advising a diverse range of companies in Kosovo on legal matters arising in their daily business operations. These companies operate in various industries, including banking, financial services, retail, trading of energy, data protection, employment etc,.
