Mr Zilvinas Zinkevicius has solid experience representing Lithuanian and foreign entities in M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. His professional strength is proved specialising in wide range of capital market transactions for market leading international companies, advising on the issue of bonds and convertible bonds, sales of shares, private equity deals, restructuring options of banks, as well as IPO’s and share listings.

Mr Zinkevicius has been involved in and has proven his strong professional background and skills in numerous large and complex M&A transactions. 

He is a highly experienced corporate lawyer mainly assisting clients with M&A mandates. Clients highlight his strategic approach and ability to manage complex projects.
