Gabrielė Vazniokaitė is a associate partner with experience in real estate development projects, including administrative and commercial buildings, as well as infrastructure objects. In recent years, Gabrielė has specialized in the legal process of the development of renewable energy, especially wind farms and their parks. In her practice, Gabrielė coordinates the entire legal process: territorial planning and land use matters, agreements, coordination of construction process, land use, removal of construction defects, etc., including representation of clients in various legal disputes. Among her professional strengths are the coordination of the process and drafting documentation in complex processes of real estate development, an in-depth understanding of the business operations and needs of the client, as well as excellent negotiation skills.
