Ms Ilona Janciauskaite has been advising clients on the competition law matters. She gained significant experience and personalised skills, handled most of the competition law matters of the firm. Ms Janciauskaite’s international secondment experience at Roschier in Finland also accelerated her counselling skills.

Although her extensive experience covers the full scope of competition law issues and she has been involved in solving various delicate questions throughout the years of her practice, for the recent years, she has been mainly counselling on complexities of merger control questions in cross-border and national transactions in banking, private equity, retail, IT, and various other sectors.

Ms Janciauskaite became a truly expert on competitor’s due diligence, integration planning and pre-closing conduct, as she was involved in most of the high-profile competitors’ mergers in recent years. 

Ilona is an expert at Ellex in Lithuania.
