Mr Miroslav Nosevic specializes in shareholder disputes, banking and financial, real estate and contract disputes. With extensive experience in civil matters, Miroslav is known for in-depth understanding of the Lithuanian litigation landscape, attentiveness to details and a perfect theoretical background, which allows him to produce a strategy perfectly corresponding to the client’s goals.

For his Polish and Russian language knowledge Miroslav has already acted in several ICC arbitrations as a sole arbitrator solving disputes between the companies established in the Eastern Europe, Germany.

Miroslav is a partner at Ellex in Lithuania. He heads Business litigation team of the Dispute Resolution practice at our law firm.
