Born in Athens. He is a lawyer since 2009.

Achilleas is experienced in cases of Commercial Law (Corporate Law, Free and Unfair Competition, Commercial Contracts and Bankruptcy Law), Tax Law (Domestic and International) and Transport/Shipping Law. He provides legal advice to Greek and multinational companies and individuals on various complex issues especially of Corporate, Commercial and Competition law. He is also an experienced litigator on civil and criminal cases with commercial aspects.

Among the legal articles and papers he has written are: “Comments on the articles 103-105 of L. 4548/2018 regarding the company's action against its directors” (Business and Company Law, Nov 2018), the chapter regarding Greece in “Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Rehabilitation Proceedings: An International Guide” (International Lawyers Network- ILN- latest edition Fall 2021), the chapter regarding Greece in “Force Majeure” regarding the effects of COVID-19 as force majeure incident (International Lawyers Network- ILN- Spring 2020), “The New Legal Framework in Greece about Cash Rebates for the Production of Audiovisual Works” (ILN IP Insider, 2018). He also co-wrote with Kriton Metaxopoulos the chapter “Establishing a Business Entity in Greece” of the corporate guide “Establishing a Business Entity: An International Guide” (International Lawyers Network- ILN- latest edition Fall 2023).

Achilleas graduated from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace. He has an LLM in Commercial Law from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace, graduating with distinction and an LLM in International Shipping Law from the Law School of Queen Mary University of London, graduating with Merit.
