Career

Ilaria joined the Firm in 2012 and became Partner in 2022. Previously, she worked in leading national and international law firms.

She has extensive experience in corporate law, with a particular focus on extraordinary transactions and business combinations, both buy-side and sell-side. She assists private equity funds on a daily basis with acquisition transactions, LBOs and MBOs, as well as investment exits. She also deals with corporate governance with a particular focus on unlisted companies.

She was mentioned among the ‘50 most inspiring women’ of the Italian legal sector in the Inspiralaw editorial.

Ilaria was awarded M&A Mid-Market Lawyer of the Year during the Legal Community Corporate Awards 2024, M&A Lawyer of the Year during the Legal Community Forty Under 40 Awards 2023 and Food & Beverage Lawyer of the Year during the Legal Community Corporate Awards 2023.

Ilaria is recognised by international legal directories, in particular as Up and Coming in Corporate/M&A: Mid-Market, by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 has recognised her as a Key Lawyer in Commercial, corporate and M&A and Private Equity, and Leaders League has recognised her within the Small & mid-cap and Private Equity categories.

Academic Activities and other information

She has been appointed as President of the Millennial Board, an internal body of the firm created to support and promote young people and their initiatives for the innovative development of the working dynamics of the new generations in CBA.

She is the reference person for ELSA Padua and conceives and organizes projects to support law students in taking on a career in law. She is a Mentor for the alumni of the University of Padua and participates in various initiatives to promote the Padua law faculty.
