Ilaria Antonella Belluco, promoted to Partner on July 2022, is the first female partner under 40 in CBA’s history. She is based in Padua, Veneto, and she has been appointed as responsible for the Corporate and M&A Team corporate department for the Triveneto area. Thanks to her recent involvement in important deals in the corporate M&A market, she is one of the key figures for companies in the Triveneto area. Ilaria is a point of reference figure also for PE funds, which wish to operate in the Triveneto region. Furthermore, Ilaria is engaged in the area of corporate governance: she is a member of Nedcommunity – the Italian association of independent non-executive directors and, as of March 2021, she is a member, as a substitute auditor, of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Telecom Italia S.p.A., which is, historically, the leading Italian telecommunications company, as well as in other SGRs and listed companies.

She has been appointed as President of the Millennial Board, an internal body of the firm created to support and promote young people and their initiatives for the innovative development of the working dynamics of the new generations in CBA.

She has also been appointed as “role model” for the “Inspiring girls” project, initiated by Valore D and promoted by ENEL, which aims to encourage gender equality awareness among young students from 10 to 13 years old.

She is the reference person for ELSA Padua and she conceives and organizes projects aimed at supporting law students in taking on a career in law.

She is a Mentor for the alumni of the University of Padua and she participates in various initiatives for the promotion of the Padua law faculty.
