Partner

Riccardo is a partner in the M&A and Private Equity group and is based in Milan.

He mainly advises Italian and international private equity funds and industrial companies in M&A related matters.

His experience includes advising PE funds,  target companies or management teams in capital expansion operations, buy-out operations and acquisition of distressed assets in the context of Court driven or Out of Court restructuring procedures as well as corporate governance assistance both for the public and private companies supported by financial investors (e.g. group reorganisations and group governance issues;  designing governance in MBOs; structuring  stock options and long-term incentive plans).

Riccardo is recognised by IFLR1000 as “Highly regarded for M&A and private equity,” Legal 500 ranks him as “Recommended Lawyer” in Commercial, corporate and M&A, finally, MF Legal & Tax Excellence recognises him as “Selected Lawyer” in M&A Small Cap and Private Equity.
