Laura is a partner of the Firm in the M&A and Private Equity group and is based in Milan.

She has gained significant experience in corporate and commercial law, dealing with M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity investments and corporate governance issues.

Laura provides ongoing legal advice to leading Italian and foreign private equity funds and industrial clients on all aspects of corporate law.

She seats on the boards of directors and supervisory bodies of leading companies active, among others, in the utilities and gaming sectors. Laura is recognised by the international legal guide Legal 500 as Recommended Lawyer in Commercial, Corporate and M&A.
