After a 3-year experience at a US multinational company, she began her career at LCA avvocati e commercialisti d’impresa studio associato (2001 – 2009) and then she worked at CBA Studio Legale e Tributario, becoming partner in 2011.

Antonella focuses on the energy sector and, more specifically, renewable energy sources and energy efficiency.

With knowledge of contracts, M&A and regulatory issues, she has gained specific expertise in consulting foreign companies and investment funds.

She deals specifically with acquisitions and development in the renewable sector and has led key transactions within the photovoltaic and in general energy, water and waste markets providing advice to infrastructures, photovoltaic real estate funds, project developers, contractors, etc.).
