Paolo joined the Firm in 2011. Previously, he gained professional experience in leading national and international law firms.

Paolo has extensive experience in financial regulation; during his career he has been involved in the structuring of investment schemes, in particular private equity, private debt and restructuring AIFs, assisting managers in the definition of the contractual/corporate structure and the authorisation processes with the competent regulatory authorities in relation to the various legal and regulatory profiles.

He is an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and a collaborator of the "Paolo Baffi" Centre for Financial Regulation at Bocconi University in Milan.
