Career

Nicola joined the Firm in 2004, as a Partner. Prior to this, he founded and managed his own Italian law firm and then worked for another firm connected to one of the world's four largest accounting firms.

Nicola has developed particular topics of corporate interest in the area of the sale of shareholdings and companies, the liability of directors and auditors and the administrative liability of corporations (Legislative Decree 231/01), as well as topics of family/corporate interest such as the generational handover of family businesses, family governance and internal trusts.
