Francesco joined the Firm in 2017, previously he worked in leading national and international law firms.

Francesco is a Partner and heads the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practices. He has gained considerable experience in advising Italian and international banks on banking law, asset finance and structured finance. He advises financial institutions, companies and investors on real estate finance, project finance, asset finance and structured finance.

He is recognised by Chambers&Partners in Band 2 for Shipping: Finance; Legal 500 ranks him Recommended Lawyer in B&F borrower side, lender side and Energy; and Best Lawyers as Recommended Lawyer in Banking and Finance. Legalcommunity's Report in Banking & Finance ranks him as Market Leader in Shipping and as Highly Recommended in Banking, Finance & Project Finance, DCM, Structured Finance and Energy & Infrastructure.
