Dealing with labour law, industrial relations, and social security and commercial agency law. Head of the team of lawyers specialized in labour law, providing assistance and professional consulting both for national and foreign companies, in and out of court. Gianvito is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer by the international legal guides Leaders League and Best Lawyers.
