Counsel

Giovanna Boschetti joined the Firm in 2004 and currently holds the position of Counsel. Previously, she worked with leading international law firms.

Giovanna provides advice and litigation in the areas of corporate law, information technology law and algorithmic systems, with a particular focus on privacy and data protection, e-commerce, intellectual property and cybersecurity.

She has consolidated experience in the construction of Organisational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 (MOG) and Personal Data Management Models (MOGP); she is a member of Supervisory Bodies and Data Protection Officer for national and international clients.

Expert of the European Data Protection Board for the sectors “Technical expertise in new technologies and information security" and "Legal expertise in new technologies”.

Articles and publications

She is the author of contributions to the national and international press, as well as monographs and co-authored professional publications on data protection, privacy, telemarketing, e-commerce and the digital economy.
