Carola joined the Firm in 2011, becoming a Partner in 2022. Previously, she worked with important law firms and a leading financial institution active in international markets.
She deals with litigation and business crisis; she assists funds and operators in the sector in the processes of acquisition of credits and their valorisation and advises companies in proceedings requiring the use of crisis and insolvency regulation instruments.
