Career

Stefano joined the Firm in 2022 as a partner. He previously founded a major law firm and was Managing Partner of the Rome office of another firm nationally and internationally where he served as liaison member for international relations. Stefano specialises in several areas of law, including administrative law with a focus on out-of-court and litigation assistance in public procurement, regulatory law, antitrust, banking law, tourism law, international commercial law, civil law, domestic and international contracts, domestic and international arbitration, bankruptcy litigation, and Artificial Intelligence law. Member of arbitration panels and former judge of the Provincial Tax Commission of Rome. Expert in the field of regulatory law related to AI and its many applications, including Algorithm Ethics, GDPR, Cybersecurity, Blockchain and Digital Economy.

Stefano is recognised by Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer in Administrative and Public Law.
