Tiziana has been dealing with regulatory law, administrative litigation and competition law profiles, unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising and contracts in the energy sector for over 20 years.

Prior to joining CBA, she practised in national and international law firms and in the early 2000s Tiziana collaborated with both the Legislative and Legal Directorate (Litigation Office) of the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Natural Gas (‘AEEG’ today ‘ARERA’) and with the Italian Antitrust Authority (Direzione Istruttoria ‘Energia e Servizi di Pubblica Utilità).

Law Degree with honours, Università degli Studi di Pisa, 1999;

PhD in Public Economic and Business Law, Università degli Studi di Pisa, 2003.

Academic Activities and other information

She has collaborated with the University of Pisa, Faculty of Law, carrying out scientific activities as an Expert in the subject of Public Economic and Business Law, as well as a contract lecturer within the Training Course in Administrative Law, Course of Studies in Economic and Financial Law, and Postgraduate Master's Degree Level I for Economic Lawyer and Public Manager;

Adjunct lecturer within the Economic Law Studies Course: The regulation of energy markets: Authorities, operators and service users;

Lecturer in the subject of Public Law of Economics and Business on Privatisation of State Public Enterprises, Regulatory Authorities and Public Services.

Articles and publications

Author of numerous articles and scientific publications, she has also collaborated on a regular basis with the magazine Quotidiano Energia, Gruppo Energia S.r.l., in the drafting of numerous in-depth articles on sector legislation, with particular regard to regulatory legislation (ARERA and AGCM).
