Julita advises on company formation and the acquisition of shares in Polish companies by foreign entities, on capital group restructuring and consolidation projects, and on company mergers and transformations. She also advises on privatisation processes and transactions involving the acquisition of companies, mainly in the chemical, power and publishing sectors. Julita is an attorney ad litem in cases before common and arbitration courts.
