He has many years’ experience in both international and domestic arbitration proceedings, particularly in ad hoc cases, and is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers “Lewiatan”. In the years 2002-2005, he was Director of the Legal Department at the Polish National Telecom and Postal Regulatory Office (now, the Office of Electronic Communications).
