Partner in DZP's Infrastructure and Energy department who specialises in energy law, project finance transactions, privatisation projects, mergers and acquisitions and energy company restructuring projects. He advises clients in the energy, heating, fuel and gas sectors on all aspects of energy company operations, mainly on regulatory, transactional, investment performance, infrastructure project financing, commercial contract, state aid and public procurement issues. An expert in cogeneration and renewable energy investments. He advised on a project to build the first nuclear power plant in Poland. He acts for clients in litigation over energy sector regulations. An expert on European energy law.
