Partner since joining the firm in 1999, specialising in litigation and arbitration proceedings, banking and insurance law, and commercial law. He also advises on numerous privatisation, merger and acquisition transactions.

Graduate of Law and Administration, Warsaw University; postgraduate of the Warsaw School of Planning and Statistics, where he was also a lecturer (1993-99). Józef was an adviser to the Minister of Finance on banking and insurance law (1990-92) and former member of a team of experts at the Ministry of Privatisation.

Polish, English and Russian.

Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
