Partner and the Head of the Real Estate Practice, who specialises in contract law, corporate law, EPC contracts, mergers, acquisitions and restructurin, real estate and reprivatisation. Adviser to domestic and foreign firms on investment projects and real estate transactions, also on construction law and real estate management. He is an attorney ad litem in court proceedings involving civil and administrative law especially in real estate and reprivatisation cases.

Lech joined DZP in 2000 as a partner; 1998 to 2000, partner, Wierzbowksi Szubielska i Wspólnicy; 1992 to 1998 head of legal department KPMG.
