Pawel has acted in numerous litigation and arbitration proceedings, and is the author of many appeals to the Supreme Court. He has represented companies in administrative proceedings, including those in administrative courts. Pawel regularly advises firms in the energy, construction, insurance and utility sectors and has advised on a range of merger and acquisition projects. He also advises German-speaking clients.
