Martin Oder is a leading figure in the public procurement field. He mainly advises contracting authorities and bidders on procurement procedures for large-scale projects for in the transportation, healthcare and TMT sectors. Having graduated from the Universities of Vienna and Salzburg, Martin Oder joined an international law firm, acquired a post-graduate degree in Bruges and acted as a lawyer in Brussels, representing (among others) the European Commission. On returning to Vienna, he joined our firm and had a leading role in developing our Vienna office. He is specialized in public procurement law and anti-trust law.
