After graduating from the Johannes Kepler University Linz with a degree in law, Michael Haiböck first completed the mandatory year of legal clerkship. He then joined Haslinger / Nagele as an Associate in April 2017, where he has been working as an Attorney-at-Law since February 2021.

He advises and represents austrian as well as foreign clients in a wide range of civil law and commercial law – both in and out of court. He also specialises in corporate reorganisation and insolvency law, especially debtor and creditor representation.
