Daniela Huemer studied economics and law at the Johannes Kepler University of Linz, where after her award-winning dissertation she worked for several years as a university assistant to Dr. Martin Karollus at the Institute for Corporate Law. After completing her Master of Laws (LL.M) at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, USA, her professional path led her to Haslinger / Nagele, where she has been an attorney and partner since 2010.

Daniela Huemer regularly advises clients on corporate law matters, real estate transactions as well as on all issues of corporate succession and foundation law. She is also a member of the board of directors, management board and supervisory board of various well-known Austrian companies and private foundations.

In addition to her work as an attorney at law, she is the author of numerous publications, especially in the field of corporate law, and she regularly provides practice-oriented teaching and training as a lecturer at the Johannes Kepler University of Linz (Prof. Karollus, Prof. Geroldinger), as a lecturer at the Lawyers’ Academy (AWAK) and at LIMAK – Austria Business School.

Daniela Huemer is a member of the management board of Haslinger / Nagele.

Besides, she supports the Institute for Lawyers’ Law at the Johannes Kepler University (JKU Linz) as a member of the advisory board, is an examiner for the bar exam and a committee member of the Upper Austrian Bar Association.
