After completing his legal studies, Roland Zauner started his professional career as a research assistant under the direction of Prof. Binder at the Institute of Administrative Law and Administration at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.

After leaving academia, Roland Zauner completed his training as a lawyer and was admitted to the bar in 2009. He became partner at Haslinger / Nagele in 2010.

Roland Zauner’s practice focuses on public law. He advises municipalities and private clients on questions of construction and regional planning law, trade law, legal provisions for waste disposal and the remediation of contaminated sites, water law, environmental impact assessments (EIA) and on various legal questions revolving around the construction and operation of industrial sites.
