Having studied law and business at the University of Vienna, Martin Stempkowski ever since took a strong interest in combining both fields in his work as a lawyer. Starting as an associate in Linz, he developed a spezialisation in public procurement law. Joining Wilhelm Bergthaler in establishing the Vienna office in 1999, Martin Stempkowski expanded his professional expertise to the fields of anti-trust law, energy law as well as the law of regulated industries.
