Eva Forika, Head of NNDKP’s Timișoara Office, has 27 years of experience in the legal profession. Her practice spans key business-related areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, labor and tax law. She advises clients across a wide array of industries, including automotive, agribusiness, industrial and manufacturing, on mergers and acquisitions and various other corporate transactions, helping them optimize their business models and enhance efficiency. Eva also regularly supports clients across the full cycle of a commercial transaction, leveraging her experience in structuring and negotiating various contractual arrangements, and advises them on various day-to-day matters specific to their business in Romania. Her practice also includes dispute resolution, with a particular focus on contracts, regulatory, property and labor matters.

Eva Forika joined NNDKP in 2008 and was appointed Partner in 2020.
