Alina Radu

Alina Radu has 26 years of professional experience and is a Partner heading NNDKP’s Banking and Finance practice at NNDKP. Her expertise covers assisting financial institutions and borrowers in major financing transactions, project finance and banking regulatory matters, including launch of new banking products, preparation of standard documents for credit institutions, restructuring of loans, sales and acquisitions of loan portfolios and a wide range of regulatory aspects. Ana Diculescu-Sova

Ana Diculescu-Sova is a Senior Partner heading NNDKP’s Dispute Resolution Department. Her practice covers a wide array of complex matters in civil, commercial, competition and fiscal law. Anca Diaconu

Anca Diaconu has significant professional experience in competition, state aid and EU Law matters and acts as Head of NNDKP's Competition, State Aid and EU Law practice. Anca focuses on all aspects of EU and Romanian competition law, including merger clearance, cartels and abuse of dominance cases. She also advises regularly on complex state aid matters and assists high-profile clients with FDI filings. Ciprian Păun is a Romanian law qualified lawyer with over 18 years of professional experience and co-heads NNDKP's Cluj-Napoca office. Oana Partenie is an Of Counsel specializing in dispute resolution matters. She has over 24 years of experience representing clients in civil and commercial litigation, international trade law disputes, enforcement proceedings, consumer protection and administrative litigation and insolvency proceedings. She also assists in public procurement disputes and disputes related to the recovery of property. In addition to representing clients in court proceedings, Oana is a mediator, trained to participate in mediation and the settlement of disputes before they are addressed to the courts.
