He coordinates the indirect tax practice of NNDKP, providing strategic guidance to clients across a diverse range of industries, with focus on the energy and natural resources, industrial, manufacturing, retail, and real estate sectors. Ruxandra Bologa

Ruxandra Bologa co-heads NNDKP’s Corporate/M&A and Energy and Natural Resources practices. Over the course of a career spanning 23 years, Ruxandra has coordinated landmark local and cross-border M&A projects and transactions that have shaped the Romanian business landscape, acting for the full range of investor types, including private equity, infrastructure funds, entrepreneurs, etc. She also advises clients across industry sectors on joint ventures, restructuring and outsourcing projects, as well as on complex regulatory and contractual matters. She has extensive experience in the energy and natural resources sector, having coordinated oil & gas projects, renewables and green energy projects, projects related to transportation, distribution, supply & trading of natural gas and electricity, as well as mining projects and carbon capture and storage projects. She is also involved in energy efficiency projects and in all matters related to the transition to clean energy and decarbonization. Ruxandra has contributed to the creation of the legal framework related to the development of offshore gas projects and has advised the operator developing the first Romanian deep offshore gas project. Adina Chilim-Dumitriu, Executive Partner, is Head of the Telecommunications and Media practice and Co-Head of the Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices of NNDKP, with a successful career spanning more than 28 years. Adina has advised various companies and authorities on the full spectrum of public procurement matters in relation to the construction or rehabilitation of major infrastructure projects in Romania. Additionally, she has a solid track record in assisting clients active in the military and defense sector, being involved in numerous military procurement programs undertaken in Romania in the air, naval, land, and communications areas. Ana Diculescu-Șova, Senior Partner, heads NNDKP’s Dispute Resolution practice, having joined the firm in 2001. Corina Dumitru

Corina Dumitru has 22 years of experience in the legal profession and is a Partner in NNDKP's Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets practices. Sorina Olaru is a highly experienced litigator with over 26 years of experience in the field of litigation, including mediation and arbitration. She also assists in public procurement disputes and disputes related to the recovery of property. Being at the same time a trained mediator, Oana’s experience covers the full range of dispute resolution and litigation mechanisms ranging from negotiation, mediation, and conciliation to multi-party lawsuits and proceedings before all court levels.

Ciprian Păun has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession and is Co-head of NNDKP Cluj-Napoca Office.
