Răzvan Vlad is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices at NNDKP. He has  21 years of professional activity, focusing his practice on corporate and commercial law. His areas of expertise include corporate restructuring operations and other business transactions aimed at increasing business efficiency, mergers and acquisitions as well as specific regulatory and performance aspects related to FIDIC contracts in major infrastructure projects. Răzvan has also assisted clients in complex projects in the automotive and heavy industries.

Razvan Vlad joined NNDKP in 2013 and was appointed Partner in 2018.

Razvan Vlad is fluent in English and French.
