Răzvan Vlad is a Partner in NNDKP's Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices. With a professional career spanning over 22 years, Răzvan has experience across the full spectrum of corporate transactional work including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions aimed at enhancing business efficiency. Additionally, he advises clients on various corporate and commercial law matters, helping them structure business relationships with contractual partners and negotiate and implement various commercial contracts. His area of expertise also extends to construction & FIDIC agreements and public procurement matters, with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector, guiding clients throughout the performance of public procurement contracts from early stage towards completion, including during the DAB phase and during court and arbitration proceedings.

Razvan Vlad joined NNDKP in 2013 and was appointed Partner in 2018.
