Corina Dumitru is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices at NNDKP. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in the legal area, her expertise covering areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial transactions, as well as banking and finance. Corina has assisted a large number of investors, national and multinational companies, banks and institutions in large complex transactions carried out in Romania.

Corina Dumitru joined NNDKP in 2007 and was appointed Partner in 2018.

Corina Dumitru is fluent in English and a good speaker of French and Spanish.

Corina Dumitru is a member of the Bucharest Bar.

Corina Dumitru graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2002 and she also holds a degree in Banking and Stock Exchanges from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of International Business and Economics, as well as an LLM in International Transactions from the Academy of Economic Studies - Faculty of International Business and Economics.
