Corina Dumitru has 22 years of experience in the legal profession and is a Partner in NNDKP's Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets practices. She advises multinational corporations, private equity funds, banks, and institutional investors on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and general contract matters, both domestic and cross-border, guiding clients through deal and contract structuring to post-closing matters. She also assists clients with corporate governance and regulatory compliance, helping boards and management teams to adapt to changing legal frameworks and implement governance practices. In the capital markets area, she has advised on listings, IPOs, SPOs, and bond issuances, offering legal guidance on transaction structuring, regulatory approvals, and market disclosure requirements. Her expertise also extends to public procurement matters, as well as banking and financing matters.

Corina Dumitru joined NNDKP in 2007 and was appointed Partner in 2018.

Corina Dumitru is fluent in English and a good speaker of French and Spanish.

Corina Dumitru graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2002 and she also holds a degree in Banking and Stock Exchanges from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of International Business and Economics, as well as an LLM in International Transactions from the Academy of Economic Studies - Faculty of International Business and Economics.
