Emil Bivolaru is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at NNDKP. He is a highly regarded litigator with more than 24 years of professional activity, regularly acting as the coordinator of litigation specialists in complex high-stakes disputes handled by the firm.
Emil represents clients in court and before the Arbitration Court in a variety of legal areas, including tax, restructuring, banking and finance, civil law, distressed debt, as well as property restitution matters. Furthermore, he is widely praised for his valuable expertise in tax inspection and tax evasion cases and has handled complex labour restructuring procedures and cases regarding the civil implications of white-collar fraud.

Emil Bivolaru joined NNDKP in 2001 and was appointed Partner in 2008.
