Emil has more than 23 years of highly dynamic and successful litigation activity, representing clients in court and before the Arbitration Court in a variety of legal areas, including tax, restructuring, banking and finance, civil. He is recognized for his outstanding ability to manage complex restitution claims for properties confiscated under the communist regime, civil implications of white-collar fraud, major commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Emil Bivolaru joined NNDKP in 2001 and was appointed Partner in 2008.
