Position
Emil Bivolaru is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at NNDKP. Emil has more than 23 years of highly dynamic and successful litigation activity, representing clients in court and before the Arbitration Court in a variety of legal areas, including tax, restructuring, banking and finance, civil. He is recognized for his outstanding ability to manage complex restitution claims for properties confiscated under the communist regime, civil implications of white-collar fraud, major commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.
Education
Emil Bivolaru graduated from the “Nicolae Titulescu” University School of Law and International Relations in 2000.
