Adriana Ioana Gaspar has 31 years of professional activity in the legal field and is a Senior Partner and Co-Head of the Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices at NNDKP. Her expertise includes M&A, corporate restructuring, infrastructure development and financing, cross-border finance, privatizations, securities and capital markets transactions.
