Gabriela Cacerea is a Partner and Co-Head of Corporate/M&A and Energy and Natural Resources practices at NNDKP and has over 21 years of professional experience. Her area of expertise includes M&A, privatizations, corporate re-structuring, contracts, corporate law, private equity transactions, capital markets transactions and cross-border transactions. She is highly specialized in the energy sector, particularly in electricity, gas and renewable energy (generation and production, transport, distribution and supply). In addition, her industry expertise also includes insurance, media, advertising and consumer goods and services, IT and online business.

Gabriela Cacerea graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2002 and participated in the Negotiating Across Borders and Cultures program, offered by the American Institute for Legal Education, University of Michigan.
