Position
Roxana Abrasu is a Partner and Head of the Employment and Labour law practice of NNDKP. She has over 16 years of professional experience in employment and labor law. She has extensive knowledge and experience assisting both private Romanian and foreign clients on the full range of employment matters, either in the context of major projects or during regular business activity. Roxana provides expert advice in relation to individual and collective labour relationships, being called to implement HR strategies, anticipate legal issues and reduce legal risks in the context of enforcement of business strategies.
