Valeriu Mina, a Partner in NNDKP’s Dispute Resolution practice, has 20 years of experience in the legal profession. Valeriu's expertise covers arbitration, dispute resolution and insolvency matters. He regularly represents clients before arbitral tribunals and state courts in complex disputes related to major infrastructure projects (motorways, railways, airport infrastructure, water treatment stations etc.), entailing intricate FIDIC aspects. He has successfully represented large construction companies in high stakes claims related to the implementation of FIDIC and similar contracts, as well in public procurement litigation. His expertise also extends to commercial litigation, administrative disputes, property rights, insolvency proceedings, and litigation related to the civil law implications of criminal cases.

Valeriu Mina joined NNDKP in 2005 and was appointed Partner in 2017.

Valeriu Mina is fluent in English and a good speaker of French.

Valeriu Mina is a member of the Bucharest Bar. He is also a member of the Romanian Engineering Consultants Association (ARIC)

Valeriu Mina graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2005 and holds a master's degree in Business Law awarded by the School of Law of the Nicolae Titulescu University.
