Vlad Tanase, a Partner in NNDKP’s Real Estate and Construction practice, has 20 years of experience in the legal profession. He has extensive expertise across the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including leases and acquisitions, with a focus on structuring transactions, joint ventures, and developing exit strategies. His practice encompasses all phases of project development, from early-stage land use to construction agreements and permitting for mixed-use developments. Also, Vlad brings industry knowledge across the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy and mining, advising clients on various real estate, permitting, regulatory and operational matters. In addition, he has in-depth knowledge of the hospitality business and substantial expertise in transactional projects in this sector.

Vlad Tanase joined NNDKP in 2005 and was appointed Partner in 2017.
