Ruxandra Bologa is a Partner and Co-Head of Corporate/M&A and Energy and Natural Resources practice at NNDKP. She is a highly versed lawyer with over 22 years of experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings. Also, she has particular expertise in highly regulated sectors such as energy, with a specific focus on oil&gas and has advised on a wide range of projects in the natural resources field, including mining.

Ruxandra Bologa first joined NNDKP in 2004, after which she acted as an in-house counsel for a large Romanian oil company. She was appointed Partner in 2008, when she rejoined the firm.

Ruxandra Bologa is fluent in English and a good speaker of French and Spanish.

Ruxandra Bologa is a member of the Bucharest Bar, as well as of the Energy Law Group.

Ruxandra Bologa graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2001 and successfully participated to two seminars offered at Dundee, UK, on energy law.
