Ioana Niculeasa has over 23 years of experience in the legal field and heads the Real Estate Practice of NNDKP. She has handled complex and significant real estate transactions encompassing a large scale of sophisticated share and asset deals while providing clients with the most suitable transaction framework. She is highly experienced in drafting due diligence reports, drafting and negotiating real estate documents and providing assistance on real estate construction and development matters.

Ioana Niculeasa joined NNDKP in 2005 and was appointed Partner in 2009.

Ioana Niculeasa is a fluent English and French speaker and has a good command of Spanish.

Ioana Niculeasa is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is also a member of the Real Estate groups within Lex Mundi and World Services Group.

Ioana Niculeasa graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and the College Juridique d’Etudes Europeennes (collaboration between the University of Bucharest and the University of Pantheon I Sorbonne) in 1999.
