Sorina Olaru is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at NNDKP. She is a highly experienced litigator with 25 years of experience in representing clients before the Romanian courts of all levels and specializations (civil, commercial, labor or administrative), including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court of Romania. Sorina often sits as an arbitrator in domestic arbitration proceedings.

Sorina Olaru joined NNDKP in 2007 and was appointed Partner in 2009. Prior to joining NNDKP, she was a partner at another Romanian law firm.

Sorina Olaru is fluent in English, French and Italian.

Sorina Olaru is a member of the Bucharest Bar, the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and the International Arbitration Association. She is also affiliated with Lex Mundi and World Services Group, being a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution groups.

Sorina Olaru graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 1999.
