Valentin Voinescu is a Partner in NNDKP's Banking and Finance practice. He is a seasoned corporate finance lawyer with a strong business focus, with 19 years of professional experience in corporate finance, bank lending, capital markets and turnaround and restructuring. During his career he acted as lead Romanian counsel in a wide range of transactions (aggregate deal value well in excess of EUR 5bn). He is also an experienced trainer, hosting lectures on banking and finance issues.

Valentin Voinescu joined NNDKP in 2009 and was appointed Partner in 2015.

Valentin Voinescu is fluent in English.

Valentin Voinescu is a member of the Bucharest Bar. He is also a board member  of the Turnaround Management Association.

Valentin Voinescu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2004. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the WU Executive Academy (Vienna University).
