Daniela Gramaticescu is a Partner in NNDKP's Dispute Resolution practice. She has more than 22 years of professional experience in the legal area, representing clients from various industries before Romanian courts, as well as before international courts of arbitration. Daniela has developed substantial experience in administrative and fiscal litigation, arbitration proceedings, disputes related to construction agreements, civil and commercial litigation, public procurement disputes, labor litigation, as well as enforcement of judgments, corporate disputes and real estate and infrastructure disputes.

Daniela Gramaticescu joined NNDKP in 2006 and was appointed Partner in 2017.

Daniela Gramaticescu is fluent in English.

Daniela Gramaticescu is a member of the Bucharest Bar, as well as of the Dolj Court of Arbitration.

Daniela Gramaticescu graduated from the University of Craiova Law School in 2000.
