Lucian Barbu is a Tax Partner at NNDKP Tax Advisory Services. He is specialized in local and international tax advice and has more than 22 years of experience assisting Romanian and foreign clients in projects related to: structuring operations from a tax perspective, drafting procedures, tax review, company reorganization operations in the form of mergers and spin-offs, advice on tax control issues and drafting the necessary objections.
He advises clients from a diverse range of industry sectors, including energy and natural resources, advertising, financial sector, manufacturing, infrastructure, pharma and technology, to name a few.

Lucian Barbu joined NNDKP in 2008 and was appointed Tax Partner in 2016.

Lucian Barbu is fluent in English and a good speaker of French and Italian.

Lucian Barbu is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisors and a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania, Taxation Task Force.

Lucian Barbu graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies (Economics Degree) in 2003.
